You will be asked to provide your insurance information prior to your first office visit so that we can expedite reimbursement. Please note, this is not a guarantee of payment by the insurance company. Also, please understand that it is your responsibility to inform us about any changes in your insurance prior to your scheduled procedure.
At the time of your consultation, you will be given an estimate of what your insurance plan will cover and what your out of pocket portion will be. Your estimated out of pocket portion will be due at the time of your surgery. It is only an estimate. Based upon what is eventually paid by your insurance plan, you may receive either a bill or a refund check from us.
